We were founded in 2022 by a group of like minded individuals who wanted to come together to offer exceptional student housing and residential housing. We've continued to also invest in our properties and the Cortland community.

 

 We chose the name Link for a reason! We Link students and residents with the best experiences.

 

Our mission is to provide the highest quality of housing units to all our tenants with great customer service and respond to any needs promptly to ensure their satisfaction.

 

You'll notice many of our housing and buildings are named after prominent Cortland area residents. We are also a Link to the past.  It's a nod to Cortland's deep history and to ensure these people are not forgotten.
