Parking Policy

OFF STREET PARKING IS RESERVED FOR LINK TENANTS ONLY

DISPLAY YOUR PARKING TAG ON YOUR REARVIEW MIRROR AT ALL TIMES TO AVOID BEING TOWED

 

Tenant Parking

1. Link Property tenants who have paid their semester parking fee will be supplied a parking 
pass.

2. Link Property tenants with a parking pass will be allowed to park in their apartment

designated lot.

​

3. Your parking pass is only valid during the period in which your lease is in effect.

 

4. If no spaces are available in the designated lot and there are non-Link Property Group cars parked in the lot, please contact Link Property at 607-339-1478 and we will arrange to tow the vehicle.

 

Visitor Parking

Due to limited parking space, there is no visitor parking. Visitors must find alternate places to park. Visitors parked in a designated Link Property lot will be towed.
