1 / Pay Attention to Detail
Remove all nails, command strips, and tape from the walls. Any repair costs will be deducted from your security deposit.
2 / Cleaning
Clean and wipe down all appliances, including the refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. Make sure the tub, toilet, and sink are all scrubbed. Please ensure that the apartment is left in the same clean condition as when you moved in.
3 / Smoke Detectors
Make sure smoke detectors are in place and that fire extinguisher is in original location.
4 / Personal Items
If you are leasing the same apartment and are planning on leaving items over the summer. Please ensure that all personal items are stored in a plastic bin, your name and contact information taped to the bin and all bins stored in your bedroom closet. We recommend that no valuable items be left and that leaving any items behind is at your own risk and Link Property Group is not responsible for any missing or stolen items.
5 / Trash
Make sure ALL trash is removed.
6 / Right Before You Go
Set thermostat to 65 degrees. Make sure all to close and lock all windows and turn off the lights.
7 / Keys
Please refer here for locations to drop off your keys. linkpropertygrp.com/key-drop-off-locations
Note: Failure to return keys will result in a charge, so please do not leave your keys inside the apartment.
8 / Security Deposit
After performing an inspection, we will return your security deposit refund if applicable.
